Body Revival gets you excited about your new workout by providing a 15-45-min personalized fitness training workout to improve overall health in women. Plus a stretch routine. We specialized in helping people overcome the dread of working out and sticking to your new workout schedule. These workouts are specifically designed for women to restore the core, build strength, increase endurance and lose inches. Our goal is to help you change the way you perceive exercise and fitness, and develop a positive body image. If you struggle with motivation to workout, you should know that we believe workouts should be fun and lead to a healthy, happy life. $45 per session $160/4 sessions
